Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Kalt piece. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Return window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Exclusions

Custom and made-to-order pieces cannot be returned or refunded, as they are crafted specifically for you.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit back to us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer residing in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party indicated by you) acquire physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us using the model withdrawal form below.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse the price paid for the goods, excluding the cost of return shipping, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods back.

Please note: custom and made-to-order pieces are excluded from the right of withdrawal, as they are personalized goods made to your specifications (per Art. 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU).
