RETURN POLICY
Our customers have the right of returning new, unworn, or unused products within a 14-day window. We kindly request that items are returned in their original packaging when applicable. These items should only be used for the purpose of trying them on for fit. If there is any indication that the products have been used in a manner that reduces their value, the customer may no longer be eligible for a return or total refund.

Kalt will cover shipping costs for returning the product(s) only in cases where the return is a result of our mistake.
EXCHANGE POLICY
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or product style, we're here to assist you. In this case, customers are responsible for covering the shipping to our studio, and we will take care of the return shipping to you.
REFUND POLICY
Only not personalised items can be refunded within 30 days after receiving your order. After you return, if approved, you will receive a total or partial refund within 7 days from the date of the approval.
